Graffiti charges for man in Tempe

A 24-year-old man will appear in court this month to face graffiti charges after police allegedly saw him tagging in Tempe.
About 1.30am on Sunday, March 1, police saw the **** ****** man walking along the Princes Highway with a group of other people. Police said they saw the man spray graffiti on a traffic control switch box, then the window of a property on Barden St.
Police chased the man down Smith St and after searching him they found two spray can nozzles.
He was charged with defacing property, possession of a graffiti implement with intent to damage/deface and resisting arrest. He is due to appear at Newtown Court on March **.
